HOW DO I PICK UP MY ITEM?:
After you have made your payment online, a receipt will be e-mailed to you. Print out that receipt & bring it with you, along with a photo ID to claim your item(s) &/or certificate(s) at Clear Channel Media + Entertainment (1203 Troy Schenectady Rd., Latham, NY 12110). DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE MERCHANT TO CLAIM YOUR ITEM(S). You will need to pick up a certificate prior to claiming the item from the merchant when the item is not stored at Clear Channel Media + Entertainment.
WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY ITEM?:
Auction items will be available for pick up at Clear Channel Media + Entertainment beginning Tuesday, June 10th. You can come during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:30a - 5:30p) to collect your items. If planning to come on a Holiday or the day before a holiday , please call ahead to ensure we’re open. Please claim your purchase by October 1st.
HOW DO I PAY FOR THE SALES TAX?:
If your item stated that it was a taxable item, you will need to pay cash for the tax amount at Clear Channel Media + Entertainment when you pick up your item/certificate, prior to redeeming it from the merchant.
