HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE ITEM?:
Payment deadline is Wednesday, September 9th at 11:59pm & must be made online. If you fail to make your payment by this time, your bid will be retracted & you may be suspended from participating in future iHeartMedia Online Auctions
HOW DO I PICK UP MY ITEM?:
After you have made your payment online, a receipt will be e-mailed to you. Print out that receipt & bring it with you, along with a photo ID to claim your item(s) &/or certificate(s) at iHeartMedia (1203 Troy Schenectady Rd., Latham, NY 12110). DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE MERCHANT TO CLAIM YOUR ITEM(S). You will need to pick up a certificate prior to claiming the item from the merchant when the item is not stored at iHeartMedia.
WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY ITEM?:
Auction items will be available for pick up at iHeartMedia beginning Wednesday, September 9th after 9am. You can come during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00a - 5:30p) to collect your items. Please claim your purchase by November 1st, 2015.
HOW DO I PAY FOR THE SALES TAX?:
If your item stated that it was a taxable item, you will need to pay cash for the tax amount at iHeartMedia when you pick up your item/certificate, prior to redeeming it from the merchant. This information will not be available on your receipt, please see each individual listing to determine if your item is taxable.
